Cho chanh vào phần hành tím có tác dụng gì vậy cô Vân ?
Omg that looks so amazing, thanks for doing this video!
Hi chi Van! If you use that tool, your water spinach is usually tough. I have a better method I have just study from my grandmother. It's very simple. You only use a peeler. Simple but useful. Hope you like it.
Hi Cô Van! Do you have a good yet simple recipe for Bò Tái Chanh? The other videos I've seen on YouTube seem a bit complex and some of the ingredients used don't quite appeal to me (i.e. too much garlic!!) I made your excellent Canh Chua and trust your cooking talents. Thanks! Your loyal fan! :^)
I never knew that the phrase NOM NOM came from Vietnamese.

Đồ chẻ rau muống của Việt Nam! Bán rất rẻ – 20000VND/ cái. Vừa để che rau muống vừa để thử bánh khi nu nướng. Nhờ người về Việt Nam mua hộ
You can find it in any oriental supermarket….in the kitchen wares' section (spoons, knives, etc..) it is only a few dollars and i think it is made in Thailand, maybe Kiwi Brand…
